When you book an appointment over the phone or online we will take your first name and your mobile phone number to record the dog grooming booking. If you’d like an invoice via email, we will record your email address too.

We use the Timely system to manage appointment booking and invoicing. We have chosen them carefully as a 3rd party Data Processor – they comply with the GDPR. They are based in New Zealand.

We retain your personal data for as long as you remain a customer, and for two year afterwards.

You have the right to request a copy of your information that we hold.
